Michele Pope

Michele moved to Anacortes with her husband and 4 children in 1992. Over the years she has been an active volunteer with Community Theater, OARS, Anacortes Schools and the Anacortes Parks Foundation. She has received the OARS Bryce Wood Award, International Soroptimist’s Women of Distinction Award and the Fidalgo Island Rotarian Paul Harris Award.

Michele discovered the Anacortes Senior Activity Center when she joined the ukulele class. She was impressed by the welcoming nature of ASAC so when asked to serve on the Foundation she jumped at the chance.

You Can Help

The ASAC hours are 8am-4pm to serve the seniors of Anacortes. The Center has something for everyone...activities, lunch, classes, connecting with friends as well as making new ones.

With your donation you can help with expenses needed to support our activities and classes, expand our social phone call program and help with continuing operational expenses required to keep the building functioning well.
