The Anacortes Senior Activity Center Foundation is a 501c3 organization that has been proudly supporting the ASAC since 1990. The all-volunteer Foundation plays a central role in the success of the ASAC through financial assistance and opportunities.
The Foundation's support to the Center is essential in helping to provide a place where Anacortes seniors can thrive in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
How the Foundation Supports ASAC
The Foundation supports the Anacortes Senior Activity Center in many ways, including:
- Successful fundraising
- Active committee engagement
- Participation in the Center's accreditation activities
- Assistance in planning and participation in Center programs and activities
- Financial support of a key staff position
- Volunteer recognition events
- Board development and ongoing staff training
You Can Help
The ASAC hours are 9am-4pm to serve the seniors of Anacortes. The Center has something for everyone...activities, lunch, classes, connecting with friends as well as making new ones.
With your donation you can help with expenses needed to support our activities and classes, expand our social phone call program and help with continuing operational expenses required to keep the building functioning well.
